My son rented from Mark and Carol, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. They were approachable, fair, and always quick to respond if anything was needed. The accommodation was well looked after, and it made a huge difference to know my son was in safe hands. We’d happily recommend them to any future students looking for accommodation.

Carol and Mark Davies are the best landlords that a tenant could ask for, especially for students.

they offer perfect locations for students close to the university and are always available to fix any issues that come up, what little there were.

As a first time renter, they were very friendly and down to earth and quickly put your mind at ease.

They truly care about the  wellbeing of there tenants.

Mark and Carol are fabulous landlords! Whenever we have a problem it is sorted out quickly, and they are super friendly! Thank you for making my 3rd year as stress free as possible in terms of my accommodation, would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a secure and good quality place to live!

Fantastic landlords, always readily available even on short notice. Great properties in ideal locations for students. Mark and Carol even drop off occasional presents from time to time. Reliable and friendly…I can’t praise them enough!

The best landlords an occupant can ask for!
I stayed in Carol and Marks property on Liverpool Road, and I can say they care deeply about the cleanliness, presentation and comfort of their properties. They have a good sense of grouping likeminded tenants together and are quick to respond to any technical issues that may occur.

The occasional pop in is always a laugh and time for a good catch up on Student shenanigans ????.
I’ve hand a some good memories as a 2nd year student with Carol and Mark and I’m grateful with how pleasant and enjoyable they made my stay, going the extra mile.

As a resident of a property on Barracks Road I always felt at home and this is due in no small part to the effort put in by both Carol and Mark to make the house as comfortable as possible and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

The house I stayed in was perfectly situated for a student near the buses to university, near to the local supermarket, near to the town centre and near to the local gym.

I stayed in this property for two years at university and I can honestly say I never had a problem living there. The landlords were available any time we needed them and always dealt with any issues that arose as quickly and professionally as possible whilst also remaining friendly and welcoming.

A lot of first time renters misjudge the importance of good landlords. Markncarol Davies are one of the best landlords out there. They are flexible, polite, understanding and most importantly, supply an actual service of a being a landlord, as well as being lovely people too.

Mark and Carol are great landlord who genuinely care about the people who are renting out there houses. If anything is broken it is always fixed within a week and they are friendly and down to earth.

Mark and Carol are amazing landlords. I stayed at a house on hill street and they were always present when needed for any issues or even just for an occasional coffee. Houses are well maintained and great for students looking to live near to the uni campus. As well as great landlords, Mark and Carol are wonderful down to earth people and are always up for a good laugh and ready to help. Hope you are well guys xxx
